Early access

CruiseApply is offered as an invitation-only early-access product. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or withdrawn.

Your responsibilities

Everything CruiseApply writes is drawn from the facts you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume, profile and answers, and for reviewing what is sent in your name.
By default each application waits for your approval before it is submitted. If you turn on automatic sending, you authorise CruiseApply to submit applications that have no open questions, up to the daily limit you set.
You must comply with each employer's and job board's terms when you apply, and use the product only for your own job search.
If you connect an AI provider, you are responsible for that account and its charges. CruiseApply shows your usage and lets you set limits.

What we do not promise

CruiseApply does not guarantee interviews, offers, or that any posting is still open, accurate or legitimate. Job information comes from employers' public boards and links you add, and may be out of date.

Acceptable use

Do not use CruiseApply to submit false information, to apply on someone else's behalf without their permission, to overload or scrape third-party sites, or to break any law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and Solvantis Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ending

You can stop using CruiseApply and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may end access that breaks these terms.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date.
